1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Emprendenus, a fictitious name (d/b/a) of Onell LLC («Provider», «we»), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about visitors to and users of emprendenus.com and onell.us (the «Sites») and clients who engage Provider’s services. By using the Sites or engaging Provider, you consent to the practices described herein.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Identification: name, email address, country of residence, phone number (when provided).

• Engagement-related: government identification (passport number), tax identification numbers (SSN, ITIN, EIN, foreign tax IDs), residential and business addresses, banking and financial information (bank statements, transactions, financial reports) — collected exclusively when you become a paying client and only through our secure portal.

• Communications: messages, emails, support requests, comments, testimonials.

• Payments: payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full credit card or bank account number. We receive limited transactional metadata (last four digits, transaction ID, status).

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Technical: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, language preference, time zone.

• Usage: pages viewed, content downloaded, time spent, clicks, scrolls, search terms, conversion events.

• Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 4.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Sites and our services.

• Process engagements, payments, and deliver requested services and deliverables.

• Communicate with you (transactional, educational, and — with your consent — promotional emails).

• Comply with legal, regulatory, professional, and tax obligations (including IRS, FinCEN, state, AICPA, and Circular 230 requirements).

• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues.

• Conduct internal analytics, research, and product development.

• Enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for: (a) essential functionality (session management, security); (b) analytics (usage measurement, conversion tracking); and (c) marketing (retargeting, attribution). Non-essential cookies — including marketing pixels such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics — are subject to consent where required by applicable law. Where a cookie banner or consent-management tool is available on the Sites, you may manage your cookie preferences through it. Third-party cookies and tracking tools also process data under the privacy terms of those third parties; we do not control how third parties subsequently use such data. You can also configure your browser to refuse cookies; doing so may impair functionality.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following categories of third parties to operate our business:

• Payment processing: Stripe.

• Email and marketing automation: ConvertKit/Kit or Beehiiv (newsletter, lead magnet delivery, drip campaigns).

• Scheduling: Cal.com (consultation booking).

• Client portal and document management: TaxDome (encrypted document exchange, e-signature, billing).

• Accounting software: QuickBooks Online (for client engagements).

• Banking and fintech partners: Mercury, Wise Business, Relay (only when introducing or facilitating client banking, with client authorization).

• Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel.

• Hosting and infrastructure: Framer or Webflow (Sites), Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services.

• Professional advisors: independent contractors, sub-preparers, attorneys, and consultants engaged on Client’s behalf with Client authorization.

Each third party processes information under its own privacy policy. We use commercially reasonable efforts to engage providers with adequate security and privacy practices.

6. Legal Disclosures

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory inquiry, or to: (a) comply with U.S. federal, state, or foreign legal obligations (including tax authority requests); (b) enforce our Terms or other agreements; (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of Provider, our clients, or others; (d) investigate fraud or wrongdoing; or (e) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case the acquiring party shall be subject to this Policy.

7. International Data Transfers

Provider is located in the United States. If you access the Sites from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country. By using the Sites or engaging Provider, you consent to such transfer. For users in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data export restrictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, regulatory, professional, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements. Engagement-related records are retained for seven (7) years following completion or termination of the engagement, or such longer period as required by applicable law or professional standards. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. After the applicable retention period, information is securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Your Privacy Rights

9.1 General Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: (a) access the information we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate information; (c) request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations); (d) object to or restrict certain processing; (e) data portability; (f) withdraw consent for marketing. 9.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have specific rights, including: (a) right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared; (b) right to delete personal information; (c) right to correct inaccurate personal information; (d) right to opt-out of the «sale» or «sharing» of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; (e) right to limit use of sensitive personal information; (f) right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not knowingly sell personal information for monetary consideration. 9.3 EU/UK Residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The legal bases for processing your information are: (a) performance of a contract (when you engage our services); (b) legitimate interests (operating and improving the Sites, fraud prevention); (c) consent (for marketing); and (d) legal obligation (compliance with tax and regulatory requirements).

9.4 Latin American and Other Jurisdictions

Users in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and other Latin American jurisdictions may have rights under their national data protection laws (such as Argentina’s Ley 25.326, Brazil’s LGPD, Colombia’s Ley 1581, Mexico’s LFPDPPP). Contact [email protected] to exercise such rights. If we cannot fulfill a request due to U.S. legal or professional retention obligations, we will explain why.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Sites are not directed to children under thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. In jurisdictions where the minimum age for digital consent is higher (such as sixteen (16) in parts of the EU), we do not knowingly collect from users below such age. If we learn that information from a child has been collected without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

11. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted client portal (TaxDome), TLS encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication, and storage providers selected for industry-standard security practices. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the Sites. Continued use after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

• Relacionada al engagement: identificación gubernamental (pasaporte), identificadores fiscales (SSN, ITIN, EIN, IDs fiscales extranjeros), domicilios residenciales y comerciales, información bancaria y financiera (estados de cuenta, transacciones, reportes financieros) — recolectada exclusivamente cuando te conviertes en cliente pago y únicamente a través de nuestro portal seguro.

• Comunicaciones: mensajes, emails, solicitudes de soporte, comentarios, testimonios.

• Pagos: el pago es procesado por Stripe; no recibimos ni almacenamos tu número completo de tarjeta o cuenta bancaria. Recibimos metadata transaccional limitada (últimos cuatro dígitos, ID de transacción, estado).

2.2 Información Recolectada Automáticamente

• Técnica: dirección IP, tipo y versión de navegador, sistema operativo, tipo de dispositivo, URL de referencia, idioma preferido, zona horaria.

• Uso: páginas vistas, contenido descargado, tiempo en sitio, clicks, scrolls, términos de búsqueda, eventos de conversión.

3. Cómo Usamos la Información

Usamos la información para:

6. Divulgaciones Legales

Podremos divulgar información cuando lo exija la ley, subpoena, orden judicial o consulta regulatoria, o para: (a) cumplir obligaciones legales federales, estatales o extranjeras (incluyendo solicitudes de autoridades fiscales); (b) hacer cumplir nuestros Términos; (c) proteger derechos, propiedad o seguridad del Proveedor, clientes o terceros; (d) investigar fraude o conducta indebida; o (e) en conexión con fusión, adquisición, financiamiento, reorganización o venta de activos, en cuyo caso la parte adquirente quedará sujeta a esta Política.

7. Transferencias Internacionales de Datos

El Proveedor está ubicado en Estados Unidos. Si accedés a los Sitios desde fuera de Estados Unidos, tu información será transferida y procesada en Estados Unidos, donde las leyes de protección de datos pueden diferir de las de tu país. Al usar los Sitios o contratar al Proveedor, consentís dicha transferencia. 8. Retención de Datos

10. Privacidad de Niños

Los Sitios no están dirigidos a niños menores de trece (13) años y no recolectamos información personal de niños a sabiendas.
