Who I am

I am a Certified Public Accountant in Argentina y IRS-authorized Tax Preparer (active PTIN) to prepare federal returns in the United States. I am also a Florida State Notary Public — authorized for remote online notarizations (RON) since 2020.
I founded Emprendenus because I got tired of watching Latinos open LLCs with doola or Firstbase and show up two years later holding IRS letters. Formation is easy. Maintenance — Form 5472, EIN without SSN, multi-state structures, apostilles for your home country — is where everything breaks.
I am also the author of «Empresario Blindado» (Vol 1 and Vol 2) and I publish weekly educational content — my channel’s most-viewed video has 150K+ views. Everything I learn with clients, I share publicly.

Licensed by the State of Florida to notarize documents, including remote online notarizations (RON). Official seal recognized for apostilles.

Public prices — always
Every bundle has a fixed price visible on the site. No calls just to learn the price, no «custom quote» games for small clients. If your budget is under $500, cheaper options exist and we tell you so.
Sensitive docs through a secure channel
Your passport, ID, FBI check, certificates — we never receive them over WhatsApp or email. At kickoff we set up a private space with limited access.
Bilingual — English and native Spanish, correct technical vocabulary
Not Google-translated. We know the difference between «annual report», «franchise tax», «sales tax nexus» and «FBAR» — and we can explain it in plain English or in Argentine, Mexican, Colombian or Venezuelan Spanish.
